1.⁠ ⁠No Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds under any circumstances. All purchases made on our website are final.

2.⁠ ⁠Exchange Policy (Eligible Cases Only)

We offer exchange only in the following cases:

  • ⁠Product received is damaged
  • Product received is incorrect (product mismatch)

No exchange will be accepted for any other reasons, including personal preferences, dislike, or change of mind.

3.⁠ ⁠Mandatory Unboxing Video (Very Important)

  • Customers must record a clear, continuous, unedited unboxing video at the time of opening the package.
  • The video must clearly show:
  • The sealed package
  • Opening process
  • Product inside

Without this video, no exchange request will be accepted under any circumstances.



4.⁠ ⁠Reporting Timeline

  • Any issue (damage or wrong product) must be reported on the same day of delivery.
  •  ⁠Requests raised after 24 hours / next day / later will not be accepted.

5.⁠ ⁠Exchange Process

  • Once the issue is verified through the unboxing video:
  •  Customer must self-ship the product back to us (we do not provide pickup service).
  •  You may use any reliable courier service.
  • After we receive and verify the returned product, we will dispatch the correct replacement product.



6.⁠ ⁠Important Notes

  • ⁠Sarees made from natural fabrics (like modal, gaji, etc.) are soft and delicate and must be handled carefully.
  •  ⁠Damages caused due to improper handling, pinning, or usage will not be considered as manufacturing defects.
  •  ⁠Exchange will only be approved after proper verification by our team.
